Rob and I have been in this industry for a combined 20+ years.  We were raised by generations that worked on a handshake and a word and that meant something.  We have watched this industry turn into something completely different.  We watched our respective employers lie, cheat, and steal to get ahead and in addition we watched them treat customers as if they were doing them a favor by doing it.

We know that you are only as good as your word and work.  Actions speak ...

Tomorrow's schedule

On the Sebring repair, we officially have the engine out and are moving to get the engine in by Tuesday.  This is a major repair and we are happy that we were able to put her into a free car to drive while we repair her car.  Her engine will go in with new external gaskets, spark plugs, thermostat, oil filter, and fluids.  This is a hefty repair and extremely time consuming, but we are excited that we are on track for completion.  Thank you to her and all of you trusting u...
